When will my order ship?

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS!

All orders IN STOCK ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Shipping takes 3-7 Business Days! Orders have to be placed my 12pm to be shipped that same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your tracking number. Orders over $200 may require a signature at the time of delivery. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Itsluxcheri LLC is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.

All items must be sent back in its original condition with all tags attached within three days of you receiving, for exchange or store credit only.
